TRILOGIQ - Nomination d'un nouveau Directeur Général

Lors de sa séance du 22 février 2017, le Conseil d'Administration de TRILOGIQ S.A. a décidé de nommer Monsieur Nick Tyler en qualité de Directeur Général de la société.

Fondateur de la filiale anglaise The Tube & Bracket Company, travaillant avec TRILOGIQ depuis plus de 15 ans et précédemment Directeur Marketing et Commercial du Groupe, Monsieur Nick Tyler disposera des pouvoirs les plus étendus pour agir en toute circonstance au nom de la société.

Il sera assisté dans ses nouvelles fonctions de Monsieur Olivier Langrand, Directeur Général Délégué Administration et Finances, et de Monsieur Pedro Garcia, Directeur Général Délégué aux Opérations.

Monsieur Eric Courtin reste Président du Conseil d'Administration et actionnaire actif de TRILOGIQ S.A.

On the 22nd of February 2017, the TRILOGIQ Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Nick Tyler as Chief Executive Officer of the company.

As founder of the Group's UK branch (The Tube & Bracket Company), having worked with TRILOGIQ for over 15 years, including his previous role as Group Marketing and Sales Director, Mr. Tyler will have complete authority to represent the company on all matters.

In his new position, he will he assisted by Mr. Olivier Langrand, as Chief Executive Officer Designate with responsibility for all administrative and financial matters, and by Mr. Pedro Garcia, as Chief Executive Officer Designate with responsibility for operations.

Mr. Eric Courtin will remain President of the Board and active shareholder of TRILOGIQ S.A.
