(CercleFinance.com) - Cellectis annonce qu'il présentera des données précliniques sur ses programmes fondés sur des cellules T allogéniques durant le congrès annuel de l'European Hematology Association (EHA), qui se tiendra du 11 au 14 juin à Vienne en Autriche.
Le groupe procédera à deux présentations orales baptisées 'Allogeneic adoptive immunotherapy of acute myeloid leukemia (ALM) by targeting CD123 with CAR T-Cells' et 'UCART19, an Allogeneic 'Off-the-Shelf' Adoptive T-Cell Immunotherapy Against CD19+ B-Cell Leukemias'.
La société biopharmaceutique présentera aussi le poster 'Adoptive immunotherapy of multiple myeloma (MM) with allogenic CAR T-Cells targeting CS1: enhancement of CAR activity through CS1 gene inactivation in effector cells'.
